Reclaimed Dalle de Bourgogne Limestone, Single-Site Lot

A rare, one-off lot of reclaimed Dalle de Bourgogne, a limestone from the Burgundy region of France, close in character to Grey Barre.

Every piece was reclaimed from a single site, so color, patina and size are remarkably consistent. That is unusual for reclaimed stone, which is normally pieced together from many sources. Originally hand-quarried and cut, the surface has been worn smooth by centuries of foot traffic to a soft, subtle polish. The format is slightly smaller than typical, ideal for smaller spaces.

Because the lot is so cohesive, it is sold only as a single lot of the full 326 sq ft.
