If the material or element you need is not in our catalog, we can look for it. Working with our network of sources, we search all over Europe and the world for the right piece: reclaimed oak flooring and beams, stone, terracotta, and architectural elements such as fireplaces.

We work collaboratively with interior designers, architects and homeowners to determine the right materials for the project.

From brief to installation

One team takes your request from first conversation to the material arriving on site.

Seven steps

Every bespoke request follows the same path, and we handle each step.

01Specification. We work with you to determine the right materials for the project.
02Source. Through our network of sources, we search Europe and the world for the perfect material.
03Salvage and reclaim. We slowly and cautiously reclaim the materials from ancient structures and bring them to our central warehouse.
04Import. We handle the transport, container packing and loading, ocean freight, customs duties and more.
05Inspection and processing. In our warehouse every piece is reinspected and any further processing is done by hand.
06Pack and deliver. We carefully pack and label everything for a smooth delivery from our warehouse to the project site.
07Installation support. Working with your contractors, we advise and support the installation.
