Antique Belgian Bluestone Troughs

Antique troughs hand-carved from single blocks of Belgian bluestone, salvaged from old farms across Belgium and northern France. Each one was hollowed out by hand to hold water for livestock, and carries the chisel marks, worn rims and weathered patina of a long working life.

No two are alike in size or shape. Today they make striking garden planters, fountains and water features, or outdoor and utility sinks with a drain drilled through the base.
