Reclaimed Basilica Italian Limestone
Basilica limestone has been quarried in Italy since the Romans 2000 years ago, commonly used as pavements, church flooring and in grand villas throughout the country. So valued was the character filled limestone that the Venetians imported this same limestone over 500 miles from Puglia to pave the historic floating city.
